Free Shipping

When will my order ship?

It depends. If you place your order at 3PM on Friday our UPS pickup has already left for the day and we might not even start processing your order until Monday morning. But, if you place your order in the morning and it's something we have ready made, it might ship the same day.
In general any order that has an initial or something of that nature may not be readily available and it may take 7 days or more. Expedited shipping insures that, time possibly lost in the factory can be made up in shipping, especially if it is important for you to have it by specific date.  (see next question for delivery times)

How Long will it take for my order to get here?

OVERNIGHT package will be there the day after we ship it. That might be the day after you order it, or not (see previous question).

If a SECOND DAY package is sent out on Monday it will be there by Wednesday. If it is sent on Friday it will be there on Tuesday.

GROUND gets tricky. This map gives you a general idea of the times it takes UPS to deliver a package from the factory (in South Florida), but is in no way a guarantee. If you need it by specific date please specify in the Special instructions field during checkout or drop us a line at service@lyndorf.com and we'll advise you if faster shipping is required in order to have it there in time.

What is your return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry, simply return it for a refund. All Design by Lyn Dorf items (except personalized items) carry a money back guarantee. Personalized items will be replaced if an error was made in engraving.
To return items within 5 days of receiving them, please email us at service@lyndorf.com to advise us of the reason for the return. We will provide you with Return Merchandise Authorization number and the address to ship the item(s) to. Then, be sure to wrap the item(s) well (to avoid scratching) and ship it by traceable courier in a padded bag to the address provided. You must include the packing slip or a sheet of paper with your name, address, email address, and phone number. Once we determine that the item is still in new condition, we will refund your money (less shipping and handling). If you wish, we can replace your item with another and ship it back to you at no charge. Additional charges you may have incurred for expedited shipping are not credited with your return.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. You should select INTERNATIONAL - GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL option at checkout. For any other options, we must make special arrangements. Please contact the sales department at service@lyndorf.com. International shipping costs start at $25 and range up to $100 depending on the size of your order, destination and number of days it will take to get the  package to you. We can only ship to the billing address of your credit card account.  Purchaser is responsible for any duty his/her country might impose.

What do I do if I want to change my order?

E-mail your name, e-mail address, the order number, and any changes to service@lyndorf.com. We will e-mail you a confirmation of the changes as soon as they are processed. If we have already sent out your original order we'll let you know.

What delivery services do you use?

USPS, Fedex and UPS

Can I ship to an alternate address?

Yes, you can. We need the correct billing address and the order is subject to approval. It is recommended to ship to the billing address to ensure there are no delays.

Do you take money orders?

Not any more. In today's world everyone has a credit card or at least a debit card with a VISA logo, or knows a friend that can help him out.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card on our web site. We have a safe shopping guarantee policy that will insure total security.

How do I know if you received my order?

After you click on Submit Order, you will see a confirmation page. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order.

How do I reach a customer service representative?

Simply e-mail service@lyndorf.com with your questions and we will answer within a business day. Or you can call us at 954-458-4765.

Are all items in stock?

Most items are in stock. In the rare case the item is not in stock, we will notify you within a business day with a status of your order.

What if there is an item that is mis-priced?

Should an item ever be mis-priced, we will notify you by e-mail. If the correct price is lower than the listed price, we will refund the difference. If the correct price is higher than the listed price, we will offer you a 10% discount off the correct price up to a maximum of $50.
